In european roulette, what would be the lowest variance bet or combination of bets- not including betting on all 37 numbers.
The combination of bets must have the Possibility for the player to win more than they lose.

I thought the answer might be that though wasnt sure.
So the more of the wheel covered, the less the variance and the less the wheel covered the more the variance?
