House edge for my city's Blackjack game?

Hi Guys, I'm new here. For my city's BJ game, the following rules applies:
CSM used. Rack cards dumped into CSM after each round.
6 decks
BJ 3:2
S17
Split max 4 hands
No Re-splitting Aces
Double on any card value, on initial 2 cards on each hand/ split hands
DAS
ES10
Dealer only dealt 1 up-card at the start (no surrender on dealer Ace up-card), however it is a BB+1 game
No bonus side bets except Insurance, and Pair bets.
What is the or how low is the House Edge on this? Is it worth playing on these house rules? Thanks.
