This is just standard 3CP with the 1-4-5 bonus pay table, so it's 3.37%.

Is it though? In standard 3CP, the ante bonus is supposed to pay regardless of whether you win or lose the ante bet.
In the above version, it appears that the player needs to win the ante bet in order to get the built-in bonus payoff.

That is what I thought. Either this isn't a standard 3CP game or the OP is confused.
OP: more details are required if anyone is to answer your question. Which "Pay Table" are you listing? What is the exact name of the game you are playing?
