Hi Wizard,
Can you tell me what the difference in the house edge is if the hardways are on for the come out roll as opposed to off?
Thanks!

The edge on hardways is 2.78% per roll. The same on every roll! And the same as the field when it pays triple in the field.
$5 on any one of these five bets every roll will lose the exact same amount of money given enough rolls and 100% random data.

When they are off the edge is 0% per roll. The same as when they are in your pocket assuming the dealer doesn't make any mistakes.

Don't need the Wizard for this one.
The House Edge is the same, both per roll and per resolution. The resolution is still expected to come in the same number of rolls. Assuming you make a new Hard Way bet every time your current one comes down, which likely means you would be making new Hard Way bets on CO rolls, your expected loss per hour will go up.
