I would rank those three, from best to worst:
1. Spanish Trails
2. Macdonald Highlands
3. Southern Highlands

Spanish Trails includes Prince Jefri of Brunei's compound is valued at $60 million and was built on a 16 acre lot. All of the buildings have a combined square footage of 108,895 square feet. There are 92 rooms with 29 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms spread throughout the compound. The main home has 37,359 square feet and 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. On the property there are 5 smaller homes that are probably used for guests or family members. There is also a tennis court, 3 swimming pools, and a large garage. The property was leased to Michael Jackson and family in 2007.
This compound, which seems to dwarf any other private residence in Las Vegas, was actually a relatively modest purchase for Prince Brunei who may have squandered as much as $28 billion.
Just on the basis of this property, I would agree that Spanish Trails wins.
Perhaps a former civil servant turned Wizard will live there some day (if you don't already).
