Four arena proposals

One for downtown and three for the strip .

One strip proposal is for next to the Sahara casino (former Wet & Wild), the second is behind the Imperial Palace. The 3rd is for southern strip at indeterminate location.

It sounds like financing will determine the choice, not location. The wet & wild site will probably inspire Carl Icahn to finish the Fountainbleau.

The latest vision is a three stadium complex for downtown.

Maybe Las Vegas should concentrate on getting an AHL minor league hockey team, or a team on the Lingerie Football League before they build a stadium.

It doesn't look as sleek, but the current vision for Seattle is similar to this. Currently, our football and baseball stadiums are next door to each other in South Downtown (Sodo) - the proposal on the books would add a basketball arena south of the baseball stadium to make three in a row. I've grown disillusioned with all the political BS happening here, but the biggest issue is additional traffic congestion.

I agree, I mean you locals would know better than me but I can't imagine that the city is too flush in cash. Get a team first, maybe the promise of an expansion team, and go from there.

Seems a modest stadium and arena could be put in the area south and east of Red Rock between Charleston and Sahara. MLS?
