On an extremely NON windy day, with very grippy rubber shoes and you'd need a set of suction cup gloves incase you slipped...

Of course you could, just ask those folks that go up and clean that glass daily to keep it shining so it is visible from a view in the sky as flying in. :) Believe me if it was not do able then they would not have constructed it as such due to the maintaining of luxor.

Yes. I'd wear shoes with toe-picks and cleats designed to dig into the glass...
