What if the dealer always qualified? Would the dealer still have an edge? What would it be?

The dealer would be at a disadvantage. You get to triple your bet on hands you like, and can dump hands you don't. Also, you will always get the big payouts when you catch a big hand. You would need a new minimum hand to play based on the dealer's up card, but that would not be difficult for one of our math guys to figure out.

Ok. Different question. What would the house edge be if the dealer flashes one of their hole cards?
