If I have a $10 free bet that I want to use on WPT 3x All-In Hold 'Em on the "Raise" bet, at what point should I use the coupon and at what point should I use my own money?

I am not sure what the difference is. According to the Wizard's analysis of this game, there are only 9 starting hands that you should fold. You will raise in every other situation.

Exactly. But there are some hands where my expectation is so high, it would be worth more to use my own live cash than to waste the coupon -- for example on A,A or A,K. I just can't figure out what the critical fraction is. If I am betting $5 + $10 coupon on the raise, I figure I need an expectation of 0.33 to use all live cash, but I'm not sure.

Of course any crappy hand I will use the coupon on.

I'm not sure it matters unless you are laying down other hands than the ones recommended by the Wiz's strategy. $10 is $10, whether two red chips or one coupon. You will need to risk something more than 90% of the time.
