Bonus 6 Poker stats table on Wizard of Odds

I believe there are just a couple mistakes on the Bonus 6 Poker statistics table - with insurance. /games/bonus-six/

The Full House & Four of a Kind numbers go up on the insurance stats table, but it is not possible to buy a 6th card to get a full house or four of a kind. You cannot purchase a 6th card to improve a winning hand, and any combination of 5 cards will have at least a two pair or three of a kind if trying to get a full house or 4 of a kind. So I don't understand why the number of winning hands on those two outcomes goes up when playing with insurance.

I believe the logic used when creating this table was how many combinations of specific hands can be created when using a total of 6 cards. But the reality is much more complicated because hands that have a winner don't get a 6th card. I wish I had paid more attention in calculus because I don't know the exact formula to use to exclude these kinds of hands.

I am curious if this lowers the house edge or raises the house edge when playing with insurance, but I'm almost certain that the house edge is higher than what is listed when playing with insurance.

It's pretty popular at Bally's in Colorado, I see play on it all the time, and it's often full.

Is the game called "Bonus 6 Poker"? On Wizard of Odds it's called "Bonus Six". Just want to make sure I'm getting the name correct.

Finally, are there any side bets, and is the pay table the same as the one on the Wizard of Odds?

I’m surprised the game is popular with over a 10% house edge and over a 23% edge if you buy insurance.Ouch!

Would it be illegal for the game with insurance to have over 25% house edge? Or not really since it's the player's fault for playing a really bad "basic strategy". If you always fold in Three Card Poker, there is a 100% house edge, but that's not the casino or game designer's fault.

The phrase "basic strategy" is usually used for a player strategy that is optimal or near optimal assuming a game that is a single player hand versus the dealer. I have seen ploppies make suicidal decisions on some table games - that's just extra revenue for the casino above and beyond the house edge.

Is there data on the average de facto house edge in games like Double Down Madness, UTH or High Card Flush where most people are playing pretty sub-optimally?
