Tomorrow I am waking up at three in the morning to get on a flight to Vegas to go to G2E! I am very excited.
I want to find new table games to try, but unfortunately whenever I go on a casino's website, they usually only list "craps" "baccarat" "blackjack" "three card poker" and a couple other common ones. I've read anecdotally that Super Fun 21 is offered at many casinos, but I have not seen it mentioned on any casino website.
Where do you think I should go to find the most new/different table games?
Also, if anyone wants to meet up in G2E/Vegas to discuss casino industry topics, I will be free most of the time. Maybe I can help you find the basic strategy or house edge for a casino game :)

Nevada publishes and approved games list, with dates approved, if it needed a field trial it would exist somewhere in Nevada (at least for a while).

The only new ones I am aware of are:
5 Card Pai Gow - Harrahs
Hard All Day - Paris + Goldcoast (I think)
It said Double Hook Poker was approved, but not sure where it was under field trial at.
