Having a major issue with Penn Gaming, as well as the ESPN bet app. Is anyone else having problems getting the bonus bets and Penn cash you were promised as part of your tier status?

The ESPN Bet kiosk says they don't have anything to do with the app, and I have to go online to talk to customer chat. Is this thing just a complete clusterfuck? They owe me $400 from last month

Yes the physical locations don’t have anything to do with the app other than possibly facilitating deposit and withdrawals to your account. Last I checked the kiosks were still using kambi lines and the app was using The Score lines that they bought out awhile ago. This may have changed though. So any complaint would have to be resolved through the app.

After an hour or so on customer service, they said they'd take care of it. Waited a week and it showed up, but they didn't give me a bonus for one month I was owed.

That sounds frustrating. I’m having similar delays with withdrawals support keeps redirecting me. Hopefully they resolve the bonus and cash issues soon.

Anyone complaining about one of the domestic apps not paying is leaving something out (unless you took them for $100k+). The kyc requirements now are fairly easy and some are automated. Some apps now start the process when you sign up rather than when you first withdraw. The Score (Penn app) pays out in less than an hour.

the complaint I have with theScorebet [to use their trademark] is that they will have a nice offer at times but will not give you a confirmation that you've done the bet in a way that qualifies properly. Most places with good software will have you click on a box as you make the correct qualifying bet, but they don't have that, and I twice failed to receive the bonus bet I thought I had coming with them. I assume I somehow made the wrong kind of bet, but it's not impossible the system 'didn't work for them either', so to speak. A personal rule of mine is to never contact one of these places about anything possibly described as a minor matter, this for more than one reason.

I use paypal and when I've withdrawn money it's been almost instantly done, as you say.

Now they just don't get my action. I assume they get flooded with complaints and will eventually change this
