Dear wizard and any other knowledgable individuals,

I play BJ in Medellin Colombia. The playing conditions are as follows: 8D, H17, early surrender, BJ 3:2, DAS, RSA, ENHC (lose your entire bet including splits & doubles), split up to 4 hands. Deck pen 5. $2,000,000 COP to play ($500 USD) min bet: $50,000 COP ($12.50 USD) max bet: $1,000,000 COP ($250 USD). There is also another table where you can play $4,000,000 COP to play ($1000 USD) min bet: $100,000 COP ($25 USD) max bet: $2,000,000 COP ($500 USD). Does anyone know the house edge given these rules? Also, I have put together what I believe to be the optimal basic strategy chart for these rules. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
