Crazy baccarat limits

Why do some casinos have such high limits for baccarat, like $20,000, but not so high for craps and roulette? The craps pass/don't pass bets and even chances in roulette are also like betting on the flip of a coin.

Baccarat is a single bet per hand. Craps can have any number of bets per shooter. Blackjack can have up to 4 hands to double down on.

Are you saying the martingale strategy differences explanation was sarcasm? Then, what is the real reason for higher baccarat limits compared to other casino games on average?
Martingale strategies don't make sense to me, but maybe I just don't understand. It doesn't make sense to me, because what's the difference of using martingale on the pass/don't pass bets for craps or the even chances on roulette? If anything, the player/gambler has a better chance of winning at baccarat because of the lower house edge.

I’ve always assumed the answer was because the casino has such high confidence that baccarat can’t be cheated or counted (recent edge sorting issues aside).
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.
