I recently play RNG blackjack that have this rules, but i have been confused about 1 thing that i cannot find on the internet

6 deck
dealer stand soft 17
split 1 time
split aces cannot hit
surrender ok, but i cannot surrender when dealer have ACES, the only option is insurances.

how to count that? because i see on wizard strat, we should surrender some of our hands vs dealer aces.

i cant answer your question, but i can tell you that i have just learned on here about something called early surrender, where they give you the option to surrender before the dealer checks for blackjack or immediately after the hand is dealt

I can't answer your question, but I did have a taco for lunch yesterday.

But seriously, the only hand you surrender vs an A on a S17 game is 16vA. Contrast that to 15vT, 16vT, 16v9 and you'll see you're giving up probably about a tenth of the value of surrender. So if late surrender is worth .07%, then late surrender not vs dealer A is probably worth around .063%.

You're giving up less than a tenth of a percent in edge. I wouldn't lose any sleep.

The simple strategy on wizardofodds is fine. https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/basics/#toc-BasicStrategy

Essentially split 8s and As (don't if dealer has yet to check for Blackjack, as in Europe) hit until you get to hard 17 or soft 19.
