Recently I won some money at wild jack casino. I withdrew some ($3000) to my surprise only $2100 was deposited to me. It seems that my bank asked for and got a refund of fees charged to my credit card. The casino claim that I should refund them. The fraudulent charges were not made by me. Do you think that as the casino has reimbursed my bank that the casino should withhold what I think is write fully mine. Living in New Zealand I seem to have no sway with them to see things my way. I think they are also preventing any further winning as since I made inquires I have won nothing further. Interested in your thoughts regards Steve

Hi Steve, Welcome to the forum.

First off, I recommend you don't make any more wagers on that site, nor deposits, until you've sorted out the whole cash-out situation.

Have you been transacting with this casino for a while? I.e. long enough to generally trust them?

Did your bank unilaterally demand a callback, or did they dishonour a payment to the casino. If the latter, was the casino letting you wager before actuall having your money?

This doesn't seem right. What is this $900 fee? I suggest that you stop playing and withdraw all your remaining balance. Just for clarity, do you mean this casino? https://www.wildjackcasino.com/ This casino is blacklisted by the Wizard of Odds.

Hi To answer your salient questions.
I have stopped using that casino.
I have been using them for a few years.
I am not sure what the bank did but while I was in hospital for 4 months there were charges to the account of mine that I did not make. I disputed those charges and the amounts were credited back to my account. I found out that while inquiring with the casino (the reduced payment was over 2 weeks arriving in my account) as to progress of my payout that the casino decided to withhold $900.00.
Getting the casino to be held responsible is impossible they win when they loose. I was hoping that there might be something else I might be able to do to make them take some responsibility. This forum has been very quick to respond so thanks Steve
