Hi Amitk, and welcome to the forums

A 6 deck blackjack game with all the picture cards removed (K, Q, and J) would start off the top at a negative running count of -72, and a true count of ~ -16. This game, without knowing any other rules, has an EXTRA 8%+ house advantage over any "normal" game of blackjack. I would NEVER play this game. Even if they had some 'great' rules, such as early surrender, 5 card charlie, resplit aces, stand 17, etc, etc, etc. The house edge on this game is just absolutely awful. Hell, the only way you can even get a blackjack in this game of "blackjack" is with A-10, not even any JACKS!
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I am talking about here is basic strategy for 8 nos of picture card( including tens) removed
In a 6 decks of blackjack game with almost all the liberals and normal

To get an approximate answer I used the infinite-deck model with 8 tens removed per 6 decks. I used the rules: dealer stands on soft 17, surrender allowed, split pairs to 4 hands, re-split aces but no hitting split aces, double any two cards, and double after split. By the way, the infinite-deck model gives a house edge of 1.11%.

Further, now Sir i want to know the running count at the starting of the same deck and is this deck beatable.

You would need to provide exact rules and exactly what you mean by 8 nos of tens removed and why you would want to use basic strategy. (But, what do I know? I'm just a troll.)

Are you saying there's going to be 86 cards with a 10 value instead of the usual 96? If so, no, that is not a beatable game without some other rule change to offset the cost of the lost 10s.
