Quote: Pure CashMark Thomas Georgantas knows how to beat baccarat, blackjack, craps and roulette in Las Vegas.
He’s producing a documentary about his system. Just fork over a few grand, and he’ll show you how it’s done.
“Once you experience winning with the ‘Biggins Craps System’ you will never look at gaming the same,” he told potential investors. “Talk about living the dream. Where else can you fall out of bed, go downstairs to a table, win, and go to cashier? No employees, no boss, no inventory, no hassle. Pure cash, baby!”

I've been preaching that all betting systems are equally worthless for 19 years. Hopefully I've saved some people from investing in scams like this.
The question for the poll is what do you think of betting systems?
And not that this is it but in a way isn't card counting someone's system for making money ....

And if his arrest and court trial and story generate a documentary, novel and motion picture (Catch Me Gambling If You Can?) and he pays all his investors by generating millions he may sue for defamation since his promises would be delivered.
Sounds like a great place to meet big shot players.

Isn't there a law that you can't profit off illegal activities? If there is then he couldn't profit from movie. All proceeds would go to victims, but they would only be made whole and not the amount promised.
I'm thinking someone trying to pull something like this off would avoid this place with all the knowledgeable anti system people here.Quote: GWAEWhen I see stories like this I wonder if the bad actor was a member on here.

Oh Em Gee! You're right!!! lmao....
Update on the story. Picked up Wednesday at Hard Rock.
And note, the story said he used online gambling forums to promote himself.
Quote: WizardofnothingTbh he looks really off center ..... How would anyone give this guy that kind of money
Because some people are idiots. Beyond that, some people not only don't understand math, but they have an active disdain for those who do. So scammers like this give the idiots an opportunity to "stick it to those maths guys".
I have tried to find a partner over the last two years instead of hiring workers. In probably 30-40 workers I can find one that I feel is sharp, sometimes I just smh and think wow how could you say something like that,
Example-
I had a runner that when signing up for the players club told a racist joke to someone of that ethnicity like wtf

In the article I read about this, I thought the same thing. He article had said that he posted in online gambling forums....
Edit: The article I was referring to was posted by Boz above.

Fixed your post:Quote: GWAEWhen I see stories like this I wonder if the bad actor was a member on here.
Quote:...which four or five 'members' he was on here.
Wasn't me, I'm cleared by several facts in the article. Prolly wasn't DD or GWAE, but that could be clever 'cover' play ;-)Quote: DrawingDeadFixed your post:

How about "Q" from Star Trek TNG?:
If I may, I would go as far as to say John de Lancie is a handsome gentleman, and Ted Cruz...you know...isn't.
