General:
Most same game side-totals are allowed. Exceptions are when the spread becomes a large percentage of the total. Each book will be slightly different on this. For example in football, I believe Westgate caps it when the spread reaches 14, whereas South Point will put the total up as a prop bet. Other places are slightly different. Basketball, almost any side and total is allowed. Hockey and baseball, there are very few places that total to runline/puckline
The most blatantly correlated parlays are almost never allowed: first half to game ... Rockets to win game three and win the series ... Colts over on season win total and win the AFC ... Mayweather to win and over 11.5 rounds, etc. But sometimes you can find them. In Nevada all tickets go as written
Anything specific? You can always ask to make the bet and they'll simply decline it
