Baccarat Card Tracking

At a local Casino playing mini-baccarat, after the Dealer shuffled, I noticed as she was preparing the cushion she exposed the rear card of the shoe. The Dealer finished putting the cushion together then placed it behind the exposed card, effectively showing anyone seated at the last spot of the table the card just prior to the cut card. Assuming the Dealer does it consistently, I was wondering if there is a way to take advantage of this?

Theoretically, yes. I remember reading the account of such a scam on the catwalk .

But I doubt it would result in a positive edge. Don't bother.
