In general, around what time do player club card desks close? I expect to be at the hotel at around 5-6 pm, and I'd like to get a card from the Plaza and possibly the Palms. Of course, the trek to the Palms from Downtown is rather long.

Midnight would be a common time. I'm sure there are some earlier and some later.

You can always get a card from a floor supervisor if you're playing. Otherwise, they can tell you where you can get one, even if the normal desk is closed.

Oh, plenty of time then.

Thanks!

I may make the long trek to the Palms that day.

If The Las Vegas Club is still open, you may be able to get the Plaza card there, since they are shared properties.

It would be a much shorter walk!😉

Although some casinos may nominally close the Players Club desk at 11:00pm or Midnight, be advised that just about anything you might want can still be obtained without any great difficulty. If you want a replacement card that is never a problem. If you want a new card you can simply give your details to a floor person in the craps or BJ pit and a card will soon be delivered to you though you might not get some knick or knack that you otherwise might get such as that stupid long plastic leash or whatever.

The casino will always be willing to issue cards to you simply because they want to track your play and its important to them to do that. So they will send the pit clerk to run errands if the computer in the pit can't handle issuing you a card. The casino wants to keep you happy and tracked!

Oh, to get to the Palms you take the SDX to Caesars, then the Flamingo Rd. bus to the nearest stop. Or perhaps the SDX to, I think, Fashion Show and then the Palms shuttle.
