Hey!
I want to practice counting using Bovada's, (or any other, really) online practice Blackjack, but I have no idea how many decks it is supposed to be using. Anyone know? Or if not for Bovada, any other online practice Blackjack site? I did a lot of clicking, and couldn't find answer.
Thanks!

You need a 'blackjack counting' training program rather than an online blackjack game which generally shuffles after each hand.

That's Teddys' Blog, please go to the website of the gentleman whose book Teddys cited, and from there you will find an on-line BJ game to practice counting.

Although I'm actually a bit curious... how many decks are in Bovada's BJ game? Is it infinite, or does the chance of a particular card being generated go down after it already has been in that hand?
The trick to poker is learning not to beat yourself up for your mistakes too much, and certainly not too little, but just the right amount.

I haven't seen an actual number anywhere, but I'm guessing it's 6 or 8. I used to use it a lot to make sure I had my tables memorized. Not the ideal way to do it, but it helped me. I never noticed anything out of the norm to suggest cards were being taken out of play after they appeared.

Blackjackinfo.com has a good one, You can set all rules and number of decks. Tells you how many cards played and left to play, winning % and all for free.
There are three types of people in this world, those who can count and those who can not.
