Mirage, aria, mgm grand are all listed as having $25 roulette tables. Can anyone confirm this and if so, tell me where they are since these are large casinos. Thank you!

I can't confirm what I said in the first place. All three wheels are on the main casino floor. There are only so many roulette wheels at even the biggest of casinos, so they shouldn't be that hard to find.
