I have checked practically every BJ basic strategy calculator found on the net, but I cannot input a specific (rare) set of rules!:(

I would appreciate very much the address of a site or person (expert?) who would be prepared to calculate the precise basic strategy for a given set of rules!?

Here is an example of a rare rule: surrender after hit(s) - on any number of cards!

So far I cannot find a clue as to what changes should be made to doubling down (soft hands) when a double down rescue is available!?

Thank you!

I could be mistaken, but I think Bighorn and Longhorn in Vegas both offer that rule. I know they have late surrender and double on any two OR three cards, so it stands to reason that rule could exist. However, I was quite tired and scared while at Bighorn, so I could be mistaken.

This is also a standard rule on Super Fun, but it's such a bad game to start with so it doesn't make much of a difference.

I don't have all the changes (I don't think) but one basic rule is...
Surrender any hard 16 after a hit when the Dealer's up-card is 8 or higher.

Edited for DD rescue:

Again, I dont think this emcompasses all play, but if Your DD total is 12 to 16, and the Dealer's up-card is 7 or higher, rescue.
Some people need to reimagine their thinking.

The best thing might be to post the complete rule set at this strange casino that you've found and let the various posters have at it.

Jess, relax. I read your other post and I'm not sure why you're so upset other than not getting an answer to your question which can be very frustrating.

Try Blackjack:The Forum. The site is run by a respected gentleman and is for blackjack only. You'll probably be asked where the casino is because some members will fly at a moments notice to a juicy game.
