I would say yes liked is a possible answer. Past tense words can be problematic. When I do the jumble the un words throw me even though I know the 5 or 6 letters. Hated to play unwed but was having problems placing the u and d

Yesterday, I planned to start with a football related word, but forgot. Probably would have gone with PARTY, CHIEF or EAGLE.

I was in the same position as DH on turn 3. Then I remembered about the Super Bowl. Both CHANT and GIANT came to mind at this point as being football related. Since the Giants aren't playing, I didn't think they would go with that. However, consider the newspaper this game is out of. When I thought of that, I had to go with GIANT.
