I thought the blues were harder than the purples - again, one word (Rascals) pretty much gave the purple away.

Little-known fact #1: the blues were mixing MKS and CGS measurements. A "bar" (probably better known by being referenced in "millibars") is the CGS version of a pascal. Both are measures of atmospheric pressure.

Little-known fact #2: "The Little Rascals" were never called that in their day. While the earliest ones were known as "Hal Roach's Rascals," eventually they became "Our Gang" - this is why two of the Little Rascals shorts have the title "Our Gang Follies of 1936" and "Our Gang Follies of 1938." It was only when Hal Roach wanted to re-release the shorts after selling the rights to the name to MGM (which is why the later ones are still called "Our Gang") but MGM refused to let Roach use the name did they get renamed "The Little Rascals."
