This morning, I was riding the 319 bus and overheard two women solving Wordle and Connections. They found that R, S, and E were in the Wordle answer. I used that information in my solution but it hurt more than it helped.

I was surprised that the purple group was not some kind of wordplay.

Looks like the puzzle starts with the yellow group in a diagonal line from top left to bottom right — I've never seen a group line up like that.
