On a side note please, can a person bicycle down the strip being careful of the pedestrians? In other words is he allowed to have a bicycle riding in the normal Fashion on the sidewalk in and overpasses or is that strictly against the code regulations?

When somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. Some get totally bent out of shape when not believed. Weird. I believe very little on all forums

On his one-wheeled bike, he can perform different tricks with props, and even skip rope while riding.
