That's a whole different story. Very few of the have dealing experience. They learn as they go. They are not there to win any dealing competitions. :)

Speaking of hot girls and dealing, dose anyone know if the party pit girls who both dance and deal get paid more per HR? Or they they just get more tip's?

I thought Angela Wyman insinuated that they all dance, at some point, in that interview with Wizard.
It's a good interview to watch to learn more specifics about party pit dealing and dealing, in general. Ms. Wyman is quite intelligent and very well-spoken.
