Hole Cards Ratings Table

Dear Wizard, I have found your Hole Cards Power Ratings to be very educational and helpful to me as a beginning Hold' em player. Is a similar ratings table available for less than 10 players? I see on your website that you post calculated probabilities for many tables with less than 10 players but I don't know how to convert those probabilities into the ratings scale you creatively display for 10 players.

Have you created such a table of rankings for 6 or 8 players? Alternatively, would you be able to share your scale conversion from the probabilities to the power ranking values?
