In the book Professional Blackjack I'm looking at Appendix C Frequencies and Winrates.
He doesn't specify how certain hands fell into a specific True Count.
For example, if you calculate the True Count before any cards are dealt and you have a +1 would that entire hand fall into the +1 category on the chart.
Or if after you are dealt your first two cards you have a +2 would that hand fall into +2?
Since the True Count fluctuates throughout the Hand at what point does he say that hand falls into a certain True Count?
