What are slot machines that never pay out small amounts, i.e., on a 1 unit stake, the smallest you can win is 30 units or so?
(I am aware that the chance of winning would be smaller on such machines, so the expected payout would not be larger than usual.)

I've seen slots called Hundred or Nothing. They are $1 a spin and you either get 3 7s for $100 or u lose. They also have them in $5.

Along this vein, "Blazing Sevens" is an extremely popular slot. The one without double jackpot or any of that jazz. You can find it in multiple AC and Vegas casinos. Everything after the first dollar ($3 max) is dedicated to a pretty large win. I've hit at least 3 7's many... many times.
It's not exactly what you described, but these machines are all over the place.
Edit: Grammar

That was also the first machine that came to my mind.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Yes unfortunately they are very rare.Quote: DRichThat was also the first machine that came to my mind.
First one I ever seen was @ Boulder Station.
He needs to look at single line 10x pay.
Yes there are lower pays, however that game is fairly mid and top heavy. 10x and a cherry or any bars will get $30++

Are any of these available in online casinos?

If that's the type of distribution you're looking for and you're playing in an online casino, your best bet is to make single inside number bets on single-zero roulette. It's all the same RNG anyway and whatever slot you find won't be anywhere near 97.2% RTP. Bet 1, win 35 when you hit. Think of it as a single-reel slot game (which it is, really).
Edit: if you can find zero-edge roulette, even better.

Table games have a higher wagering requirement for bonuses, that's why I would like such a slot.

why not just bet as high as you can? Something like $250 a pull on something with less lines.Quote: domotorpTable games have a higher wagering requirement for bonuses, that's why I would like such a slot.
You probably won't have to worry about any paybacks at all ;)
Are we talking RTG software?
