I'm thinking about starting a recipe blog. There are a number of free sites which host blogs, does anyone have any particular recommendations?

I use blog.com. The vast majority of their services are free and it is user friendly and easy to set up.

I use blogger.com and livejournal. I wouldn't use the later for a interest type log, though. Blogger.com was dead easy to use.
