Russian Poker with cheaper Dealer force

I found some tables of Russian Poker where the rules are as described by Stephen How (I wanted to put the link here, but I'm too new here to do that), but rather than forfeiting your ante when you force the dealer to redraw, you just pay an amount equal to your ante. If the dealer still doesn't qualify, you still get the 1:1 payout on the ante.

I realize that this game in particular is quite a difficult one to analyze. I'm very curious though how that rule change affects the odds.
