In the casino I got to in Florida the dealer reveals one of their 3 cards before a player calls or folds, I was wondering how this changed the odds.

The basic strategy is, play if the dealer's visible card is Jack or lower, or if your hand is X92 or higher, where X is the dealer's visible card.
