Can I claim my brothers winnings?

ok here is the deal my brother won a substantial amount of money at a native american casino, He had banned himself at least 6 months prior to hitting this guess what he did he gave them my name but told the he didnt know my his social security number..well they took a picture of him and said come back with a photo ID and social security card and he could claim his winnings ...well for one thing he cant cause he used my Name!!!So my question is to anyoen that can answer it how in the world do we claim this money??he thought about fake ids and social security card but knows if caught would lead to big ther anyone i can just go in there and say i won it...but wait they took a picture of him when he won the money so i doubt that willwork rrrr someoen please help me!!!!

sue the casino for not recognizing him after the self-ban. Be sure to bribe the Indian court though.
