Wife just called Baltimore Police to do wellness check on her brother Joseph Age 74.
House phone full of messages, neighbor has not seen him for a week'.
Put this under religious thread as I am praying he is ok.
Police said call back in 45 minutes.

Police did wellness check earlier today. Knocked on door that's all. Did not check mailbox or talk to neighbors. Its a row house so neighbor's door on each side just 10 feet away.
Remembered mental guy years ago named Ellsworth A. Jones 2nd. He wore long sleeve shirts, jacket and gloves with finger ends cut off. In Baltimore summers, 100 degrees, 99 % humidity. Used to buy him a coffee in Pollock Johnnys. Crying one day and I popped for $25 for flowers for his mom's funeral. Was end of month and no welfare check till the 1st. Never asked for the money.
He told me if I ever had trouble his son was a cop.
Googled and his name did not pop up. Probably dead from alchohol ? But Ellsworth Alexander Jones 3rd did pop up. Lieutenant on Howard County police force. Called him, left voice mail. Just got call from Baltimore police. Went back and Joseph just got home from hospital. IDIOT never called my wife GRRRR Been in there long enough for his mailbox on house phone to fill up, and then phone was disc yesterday for non-payment.

Wife just talked to him on neighbors cell phone. Police got that number from neighbor and he walked cell phone over to Joseph.
