Quote: FortalezoA meditation is +EV per Ian Andersen. He suggests APs to meditate in order to play blackjack profitably & optimally. I agree; thus, I provide 2 helpful links for Christian APs to meditate and relax their minds.

WTF? Meditation, that's cool. But only for Christian APs? That's like, exclusionary, man.
I definitely agree that meditation has value
and it doesn't have to be done in a Christian context
what I do may not exactly qualify as meditation - but it is similar and works for me - gets me relaxed when I'm uptight:
deep breathing in and out many times
reciting the alphabet in coordination with my breathing - such as A breathe in B breathe out C breathe in D breathe out
non-simple counting in coordination with my breathing
I'm not going to claim it improves a person's gambling R.O.I. - but it is definitely helpful

So...it's not that great is what you're saying.
Quote: mosss45I try to meditate at least twice a week. Thanks to constant meditation, my consciousness has increased, which makes my work more productive.
Ditto, alternating right hand, then left hand.
Oh wait, you're talking about meditiation, not ...
Never mind.
