I'll be in AC next wknd. When I was last at the Golden Nugget, it was the Trump Marina, and had loads of cheap table gaming. Now that it's the Golden Nugget, does it still have cheap tables ($5-$10 min craps/roulette/blackjack)? Also, anyone know what the tournaments are like in the poker room (buy-in/structure), if they've started up tourneys yet?

I don't know what the weekend is like, but I played craps there on a weeknight and they had $5 mins all over the place. The poker room wasn't open in December, so I can't help you there.

I was there 12/26. The poker room opened 12/24.

When I got there at about 2:00, there were 4 dealers sitting around at empty tables, and one table was open - with only 6 players. Two hours later when I left, we were up to 9 players.

There were about 20 tables total.

I don't think they started tourneys yet. I had asked. I think the answer was they weren't doing anything special, including advertising, until the construction is completed.
