My wife is tempting me to vacation in Bend Oregon. She has promised fly fishing, golf, a BBQ festival, a brew pub bus tour and now Blackjack. She noted that the Kah-Nee-Ta casino is close to the vacation cabin that she wants to rent. Does anyone know the rules, penetration percentage and playing conditions in the Bend area?
