We got this strange email from Harrah's SoCal. It starts out okay... then really goes off the rails.

What exactly are they trying to say?

The first and third sentences are pretty clear, but that second sentence about re-deposited is unclear and unfamiliar. I am going to take a wild guess and say that if you didn't use the free play after the 72 hours, you can then go to the rewards desk and get it reinstated onto your account for another 24 hours.

The sad thing is that this is far from being the worst communication from CET.

Not only is that second sentence confusing, there's a glaring grammar typo that should have been noticed before it got printed.

You're probably right. But, "No buttons to push, no codes to remember"? Surely you'll have to enter your code at the slot to access the free play. And "just an enhanced feature to make it easier for you to enjoy your gambling experience"? Not sure how this is an enhanced feature.

My only experience with free play at Harrah's Rincon was when they give you slot vouchers that had to be feed into the machine, but at some other CET casinos each free play had its own separate 3 digit code that needed to be enter to access and download to your bank. I like Horseshoe Cleveland's method they best, there you can download the whole amount to a slot machine, but you can stop playing that machine at anytime and whatever amount of free play is left goes back into you bank and you can then go to another machine and repeat the process. But your are right, there are always buttons to push.

That thing is so horribly written that at first look I thought it might be some type of malware.
