Even Revel had details on their "Cant Lose" promotion, which they actually did list how you get your losses back in free play over 20 weeks and they still got sued.

As to the host non- handshake issue you are falling into the trap of "the host is my friend". He is just a tool of the casino to extract money from the customers.

That determination must be made before the extension of the offer. Once the offer was made, there should have been no going back.
