Just visited the Sic-Bo table at Resorts World New York. They seem to have the best payouts for the odds from what I've seen.
Here are the main differences from AC
Pairs - Any two numbers together pay 6:1 (AC is only 5:1)
Singles - Any number appearing pays 1:1 for 1, 2:1 for 2 and 12:1 for three sides(same as Australia and much better than AC which is 3:1 on three)
Doubles - Any number appearing twice pays 12:1 which is best I've seen anywhere. I believe correct odds are 13:1 so not sure how good this bet is now.
Triples - 190:1
Any Triple 31:1
Totals: 4 and 17 pay 62:1, 5 and 16 pay 31:1
Does anyone care to examine the house advantage to see if these make good sense bets?
Thanks.

An easy-to-use formula is that the "base number" of three dice is 216. (6 ^ 3).
So trips paying 180:1 is 180/216 (payout return is .8333 or 83.333%, and house edge is 1-[return], or 16.7%)
for 190:1, it's 87.9% return, or about 12%, fine for a huge payout longshot bet.
- just divide the number of ways to win the bet by 216, to get the return on a bet.
see Sic Bo analysis at this excellent site. House edge is fully examined here.

The two of a kind bet pays 5 to 1.
So the expected value is 0.1388889*5 + (1-0.1388889)*-1 = -0.16667. In other words the house edge is 16.67%.
Pays 6 to 1 = -1/36
Totals: 4 and 17 pay 62:1, 5 and 16 pay 31:1
-1/8 and -1/9
At 60 and 30 to 1
-0.15278
-0.13889
I am sure you can do the rest and post the answers
