He is a casino games analyst in Canada. Was trading PM's with him when he stated he had a personal emergency ,but would try to get back to me. That was several weeks ago and has not signed in since March 12..
Not interested in his personal life, but worried about a fellow forum member since 2009.

I always tell my clients that if the inventor can't explain it to a professional mathematician in 30 seconds, how can a dealer explain it to a new player in 60 seconds? Same idea, though. Basic Strategy in blackjack is widely disseminated and 95% of players still can't be bothered to learn it. This reflects how much effort they're willing to put into a FAMILIAR game, so think of how much effort they're willing to put into learning a new one.

Charles is fine as of Friday 19 hours ago; he posted on facebook. He analyzes my games. He seems to be fine, posting various items on face book and his blog, busy with work and kids, etc., many sorts of work and family priorities occur in his normal life. Sounds like a crunch time period, that's all.
