High likelihood, he has too much inside help to stay behind bars.

Yes! I can't wait to watch the news.

Here are my odds of an escape within the next year:

Yes: +400
No -600

$5 limit. So, you may lay $30 to win $5.

You're on! Please do remind me of this in a year.

BTW, I had such a bet about capturing or killing Sadam Hussein, and had about a year too, and won the bet by a matter of about a week.

What happens to the wager if he dies in custody? Is that considered a win for the "No Escape"?

Just going off the story and him being caught in his home state i would say he has exhausted most of his ties and was headed where he felt most safe. I do think he stays locked up this time or gets killed.

I had a letter published in Car and Driver about that guy, back when we first went after him.

My letter was a play on the hackneyed expression "please cancel my subscription;" I wrote, posing as Saddam Hussein: "Please subscribe to my cancellation."
"What, me worry?"

They might want to equip El Escapo with a couple of these.

I know for odds purposes 1-100000 would be to high but I would say it's even higher then 1-1000 once he gets to Florence it simply won't happen

I don't know about the difficulty of making his cell unescapable, but I'm certain for an easy 5k, I could make his cell completely alarm /motion/noise/camera secure, with triple quadruple redundancy. They may not stop him from getting out, but there's no way he'd get more than a few steps away unnoticed.
