No idea what the pickup drive did to warrant this reaction (or, perhaps, nothing)…

The first part where the truck runs the pickup off the road is exactly what a semi tanker did to my wife and I on I-77, coming back from The Meadows. At 75 MPH no less. I ended up with all four wheels left of the yellow line. Luckily there was median, and not a jersey barrier to deal with.
Perhaps the drivers are brothers.

Uh stop and slow down once I realized this guy had it out for me. Also 911, unless I also had something to hide.

He (or she) put peoples lives at danger and should be off the road. I cant believe someone didn't call.

I believe this wasn't in the US. So that could explain why no one called. It looks like south east Asia to me.
The mountain is tall but grass grows on top of the mountain.

If it happened to me (in the US) call 911.

If in Russia, pull out your AR-15 and fire away. Seen plenty of Russian dash-cam videos.....don't all Russians have fully automatic assault rifles in their car?
