MrV,
Tried to see what you were posting, but the images are apparently restricted to the ferrarichat forum or something.
Fixed it.
I think.
They also just started filming FF 7. Paul Walker was supposed to be in it. I wonder what they will do with the story line.

I believe that is a Porsche
Car vs. tree, power pole et al is never a good outcome.

Depends how fast you're going, and how well the car is engineered. I hit a pole in a Miata, going about 30, and I'm here to tell about it. (Got run off the road by someone who crossed from the other lane.)

Your outcome was better than most(probably).
Here are some that ended in fatalities in my neck of the woods:

Dead at the scene... airbags are single use only.
One of the more ironic, and telling pictures I saw was that the light-pole had a speed-limit sign attatched... 45 MPH.
RIP Brother
Quote: JohnzimboThe sign I saw was 15 MPH not 45
No, it was 45.
Quote: MoscaLatest report has street racing involved. It figures.
If that's the case then we should be glad it happened to those two without ever again having the chance to kill some innocents along with them.
No, just a crappy car. They should have been in a Tesla.Quote: MoscaLatest report has street racing involved. It figures.
Quote:The car, which sold for $450,000 when new, is a notoriously difficult vehicle to handle, even for professional drivers, according to Autoweek magazine. A top driver called it "scary," the magazine reported Sunday. It is powered by a V-10, 610-hp engine.
Lead foot, light car. Powerful. Difficult to handle. The only thing that could make it worse is driving blindfolded.
...and alcohol
...and trying to eat something.
...and texting on a cell phone

Noooooo!!! I drive one of those to Downtown NYC every day ('cept weekends or when I'm in 'Vegas like this Thursday through next Tuesday)
This Question is not directed at you nor am I insinuating anything about you. I have a friend that drives a Mazda Miata. I was just busting his balls a few days ago because The Miata has often been dubbed as the gay mans sports car. He claims he sees big burly men with beards driving them. I rest my Case ...LOL Have you or anyone heard theses references?Quote: MoscaDepends how fast you're going, and how well the car is engineered.
