Heavens no.... two different police officers from two different countries
But I was amazed at the difference in their actions while protecting the public
BTW the doctor that was beat up has sued the Windsor Police for something like $15 million dollars and will win as they charged him with assault resist arrest than told him if he dropped his charges against the officer those against him would disappear too
