I'm pretty sure I learned in kindergarten, "don't fight over spilled punch".
Maybe as punishment, these people should be forced to sit through and complete one year of kindergarten instead of jail time.

And the author tried to class up East Cleveland by saying the Museum of Art was nearby. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Back 50 years ago that would have meant something, now you just go to the museum of art during the day...
