I tried to post something there but was told it is closed to new topics. Did I miss when it was closed?

That thread was a fork of another thread. The original thread was started elsewhere, but the offshoot was placed in the FSZ.

Well, what I posted appeared to be a brand-new thread posted by EB. As our venerable webmaster JB has just noted, it was actually moved there by an admin, after a fork from a previous thread. It's cleared up now, but you can see the source of my confusion.
